S88 loses Logic

In Logic, when selecting tracks with different instances of Komplete Kontrol, the S88 M2 does not indicate what instrument is active in both the screen and the lighted key indicators. Sometimes it does, but moving track to track they change very slowly and mostly not at all. Is there a solution? Maybe an instruction for thorough removing and reinstalling.

Also more info on your setup would help, like what's your operating system, version of Logic, etc…

I am running the latest version of Logic and MacOS. This issue persists over several upgrades (more than a year). The issue is that the S88 is not reflecting the selected KK instrument while in Logic. It works with KK natively. Does that help?

@billrowen Not really, I see that you contacted our support in February but never got back to my colleague, should I create a new support request for you? this seems like my colleagues will need to look deeper into that. Again, it would be helpful to have a video of the issue, like a step by step until you notice the issue.
