Hi, i was unfortunate enough to order z1 instead of x1. The support ticket was created yesterday but still no answer. I think delivery arrives tomorrow. What should I do next? Thanks in advance

you normally can talk to the parcel service guy and he simply takes it back don't tries to deliver a second time. Then you order the other device if you don't already have.
