Do you have a license for Traktor Pro S4 software in your account? You can check this in My products and serials on NI website.
Traktor Pro S4 was released with the first Kontrol S4 back in the days. Was inly needed with this device until Traktor Pro 2 was ready. Pretty much a pre-release of TP2. I assume they didn‘t want to make to much changes on TP1 anymore shortly before releasing TP2 anyway. Pretty old software not sure if you can activate it anymore. All owners of the original S4 should have gotten a free upgrade to Traktor Pro 2.
