Arturia - Pigment does not show up in Browser

I tried everything, so I am posting in here. I see all my plug ins from Arturia except Pigment in the browser of Komplete Kontrol, however I can see Pigment under instruments? anybody know how to fix this?

Also, once I open Pigment through Instrument it works fine, help!

    If you haven't already, can you try following the steps in this article?

    My KOMPLETE KONTROL Browser is Empty or Incomplete

    I remember another user managed to resolve the issue by booting the PC into a Recovery Mode and running a disk repair on all drives. Worth trying perhaps, if you have PC?

    I take it you have the latest version of Pigments? Are you Mac or PC?
