issue with sharing songs from logic with native instruments kontakt player to apple music

The Kontakt player works fine within logic but when i share the song to Apple music, it appears in Apple music (greyed out) & cannot be played or converted into an MP3 file.

The error code within Apple Music is (unkown error code -50)

Can anybody help please?

    I'm not sure to understand what you mean here. So you created a song with Kontakt in Logic, you bounced it and it doesn't work in Apple Music? Is this only happening when there is Kontakt present in your projects? What format and sample frequency do you choose when exporting the master in Logic?
