there's no sounds when i use the factory sampled instruments in machine mk3

as you can see, the maschine MK3 factory instrument classified as Sampled instruments and synthesizers. But when i load Synthesizers like massive ,they all work, i can push pad mode and keyboard mode to perform.but i just try sampled instruments like BassFingers, Electric200. they all have sounds when i browse it. but when i want to perform like i switch to keyboard mode or pad mode. it can't have sounds

    Those are not “Maschine factory instruments” (nothing like this even exists).

    Most of the ones I can see in the image are Waves plugins (except U-he Diva and Massive/Monark/Prism which are from NI)
