Z1 MK 2 & Traktor Pro 4 Update Firmware of the controller stuck as the rescan button does not work

Hi,

I just bought a z1 mk2, when launching traktor pro4, I am getting a message to update the firmware of the controller, a link redirect me to the updater which I can download and install.

Once the updater is opened and I press the rescan button but nothing happens... So I am stuck here and not able to use the controller

I saw someone had the same issue but they tried it on another computer and it worked so there were no solutions there for me…

Any help very much appreciated as I keep searching and finding no answers…

Are you using updater for Z1 MK2? Just asking, because sometimes people download Z1 Mk1 updater and it do nothing.

Thanks yes I have downloaded the updater about 10 times and it keep saying this 'please connect your traktor Z1 MK and click rescan' - I have tried different usb ports on my laptop - I plug it in and the rescan button does not respond…

So I am stuck here and not able to use the controller

In the mean time, can you just ignore the update and use the controller?
