Some keys on my Kontrol M32 do not work

When I use my Komplet Kontrol M32 with VSTs (like Kontakt, Retrologue on Cubase, etc.), some note ranges don't work. I don't have this problem when I change keyboards. Do you think it could be a digital issue (update, communication between the software and the keyboard) or is it simply the Kontrol M32 that no longer works?
Thanks

If your stand alone midi monitor test showed the keys with velocity over 0, then as @Jeremy_NI has already said you can try to reset cubase settings or just start cubase once with default settings as showed here:

Hello,
you could check with a midi monitor in your DAW or a stand a stand alone program.

Hello, thanks @Uwe303 for your reply, I did the Midi Monitor test and everything seems to be working fine. The keys that usually cause me problems are recognized by the Midi Monitor. But when I restart Kontakt (even in standalone version) the problem persists.

@Cren Larvor What DAW are you using? Can you reproduce the issue with Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt in standalone? What notes are missing exactly?

Have you tried loading a default Midi template ?

Hi @Jeremy_NI, I Use Cubase 14, the issue is same on Kontakt Standalone. G1, A1, B1 are missing

Hi @PoorFellow, no yet, what is the point ?

Does the midi monitor shows note on, can you maybe post a picture of the midi monitor, using a key that does work and press another that doesn't work with kontakt. And with what kontakt instrument you have tried it?

Point is that since the keys work as far as can be seen working in Midi monitor then problem could maybe be a template loaded (?) , I just thought it a thing to try..

@Cren Larvor Please check in Komplete Kontrol in standalone or another program. And also check in MIDI monitor with no other auddio or music program. If the notes are not showing in MIDI monitor, this means it's a hardware issue. In this case you can contact our service here:

Hi @Jeremymatthew11, I open a cubase session, create a midi track, put the "Midi monitor" in Midi insert section, and my G1,A1 and B1 doesn't appear on the screen, the other notes yes ๐

Please read carefully:
check in MIDI monitor with no other auddio or music program.
That means no Cubase. If the issue is only happening in Cubase then it's a setting in Cubase.

I already made a midi monitor test with a standalone programme, it work well. This must be from Cubase

There are probably some MIDI assignments to these MIDI notes. There should be a way to reset these settings to default. The most radical way, and also probably the fastest would be to simply reset Cubase to default but that depends on how much you customised it to your liking.
