GGD absolutely refuses to use multi outs...

Hey, not sure if its the right forum to put this on but im trying to get ggd to send multi outs through kontakt 7 (and 6 for troubleshooting) and im following all guides online, but no luck. the only reason why I can think this is happening is that I have an asterisk (*) next to the outputs that im choosing on the ggd instrument - all the sounds are still coming through the stereo 1 output -

I dont have full kontakt btw, not sure if I need it to do this. Any help would be appreciated!!!!
