Routing issues with kontakt 7.10.7

I"m having routing issues with Kontakt (7.10.7) main output, in both Logic pro (11.1.2 ) and Ableton live (12.1.5)

When I load an instrument in to Kontakt 7.10.7 in either Daw, the output channel shows Surround 7.1, clicking on the drop-menu to access a different output channel, the only option i get, is "create separate master output channel". I have done trouble shooting in both Logic pro 11.1.2 with Apple support and with Ableton live 12.1.5.(support), in settings i/o assignments. i have also Re-installed Kontakt 7.10.7, and the issue is still happening.

Computer wise, Mac. OS version Sonoma (14.7.3)

I'm currently working in Kontakt (6.8.0) to meet deadlines, but would prefer to be working in

Kontakt (7.10.7).

If there is any understanding to this kind of issue?
