I cant see controller manager in my komplete kontrol plugin or standalone

in Komplete Kontrol

The feature is not working when i try to use my launchkey mk3

    I figure it out, komplete kontrol 3.4 needs mac 13. And mine is mac 12. Well im upgrading my computer next month so i only have to wait. Thanks for the help

    Monterrey, 3.3.4 the last one. as you can see control manager is not showing up

    Pretty sure it's not meant to work the same way as the NI keyboard integration.

    Have you read the manual or whatever instructions it comes with for Launchkey integration?

    i know! but as this article shows https://www.native-instruments.com/ni-tech-manuals/komplete-kontrol-manual/en/controller-integration#supported-midi-controllers you are supposted to see your controller in that controller manager menu, that im not able to see

    It says first you have to do these things

    1. Switch the knobs to Pots Custom 1 and the pads to Pads Custom 3 CC Switches on your Novation Launchkey 25/37/49/61/88 MK3.
    2. Novation Launchkey 25 MK3: First use the Novation Components web app to send Custom Mode Komplete Kontrol to your device.
    3. In your DAW, make sure that the Komplete Kontrol plugin receives MIDI from your MIDI controller.
      • Set the MIDI input of the track hosting Komplete Kontrol to the MIDI controller.
      • Set record arm active for the track so it receives MIDI.

    Thanks! Yep i have those settings, is not working on standalone or in my daw

    You need KK 3.4 though too

    Oh, mine is showing kk.3.3.4 maybe that is the problem.
