360 plus?

i had 360 plus ..it says active on my profile and states my next bill will be …..so i am paying for a product thats not working? when clicking on the subscription it says 360 has been canceled for reasons…other. in the software it gives me 15 minutes of the pack then goes silent….Please Help???

Hello,

if you have updated your native access, os and everything and you are logged in correctly it should work I would say. There are support articles like that, that might help:
