Kontakt 8 doesn't open

Without providing any useful information, we can not help. Even the screenshot you posted has no info at all.
Please open Kontakt and when the message you posted in your screenshot appears again, click on the "Show details" and make a new screen shot of that message only. Make sure it looks clear (we don't need to see the entire desktop, just the message).
Also please tell us which MacOS version you use; if your Kontakt is the Player version or the Full version and what exactly you did at the moment it crashed (including which library was loaded).

ok, this is the cause of the problem, but it is beyond my knowledge, i am a Windows user…
