Hi all.. So I built another computer and had to reinstall a lot of my music stuff. I started on Native Instruments and the Abby Road Drummer collection. Everything went well until I started the vintage drummer module. It started no issue but is hung on Installing now for a few hours. I have tried it a few times with the same result. Any ideas? thanks

    Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? And make sure that you have enough space on both download destination and system drive for temp files.

    Else try and remove the vintage Drummer if you can and then also remove from download folder if there and run the N.I.reg tool to remove it if it should be there

    Then reboot computer and run N.A. as an Admin to see if that helped.

    If the download keeps hanging when you open the N.A. then you might have to delete a lot of N.A. from the hard drive to reset it.

    Thanks, All that done in advance of my quest for answers, I note that the software is installed, and I am running Kondakt 8 the drum kit does not load properly but is replaced with empty boxes. The other modules load and work well. I am wondering of Vinatage Drummer might need version 7. I'll check it out.

    Oh , that's a different issue than you initially reported , quote : "It started no issue but is hung on Installing now for a few hours."

    In that case then are you sure that your computer graphics are up to specs ? ;

    Quote : "Graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher"

    Please notice that this is concerning Direct 3D feature level and not DirectX version !

    You can check the Direct 3D feature level by running DXDiag on your computer , then when finished then check Tab/page 2 : Display and then to the right side it says Feature Levels.
