Hi. Recently upgraded to full Kontakt (8). Can't load Norrland Solo Trumpet because I get the message above. Also, the chat link in "support" doesn't fully open - no way to chat. Ideas?

    Did you check in Kontakt 8 preferences if the path for that library is included? Or tried to locate it?

    About chat: with “doesn’t fully open” do you mean it is “cut” or something like this? If that’s the case (sometimes it happens also to me on mobile devices) you could try to toggle between desktop site and mobile site visualization, to see if one of the 2 is better. Sometimes also using the device in portrait or landscape position makes the difference

    Thanks, but here's how that went. The stand-alone (I believe that's what it's called) K8 shows the Norrland Tpt. that I'm trying to access. However, it is not shown with the other libraries. I go to Settings (no Preferences that I could see) and then to Libraries and then Import Content. It shows the tpt.'s folder and alias. I go to the folder with the samples on my external drive and select it. It says "one or more of the selected paths has already been imported." And then around and around I go.

    The chat window just glows and I get that circling symbol as if it's going to do something imminently. This is on my Mac. Thanks so much.
