0x00007ff error when trying to open the kontakt 6 player

Hi! Everytime I try to open the Kontakt 6 Player stand alone version it comes up with the same error. (when I try to open in my daw it just crashes) I've tried to fix it, but i'm out of ideas. Has anyone else had this, or knows how to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and does the same thing.. please help 🙏

Hi @raniaisha this can usually be resolved by reinitializing Kontakt database. Can you try following all the steps listed in this article?
