recognition error in win 10

I've tried to update it but it doesn't identify the controller connected to the USB, my controller is Kontrol S2 and it was working when I turned it off yesterday

I tried a new cable

I tried to update it but it's impossible

I've already cleaned the inputs of the notebook and the controller with alkaline products

connected and it doesn't recognise it can anyone help me?

Try also to check if NI Agents are running (point 4 of the linked Support article). Lately this is causing this kind of issue to some users.
