How to redeem included software besides the ones in Native Access

Hi,

I just purchased a Kontrol S49 MK3, and it's my first NI product.

From Native Access, I installed most of the software included with the keyboard purchase, but I cannot find any serial or downloadable of the following:

• Komplete 15 Select (I have Start serials, not Select, don't know if it's the same)
• Voucher for Kontakt instrument
• Ableton Live Lite

How can I redeem the softwares?

You might want to try checking "My KOMPLETE Offers" and "My Products and Serials" tabs by clicking in the upper right-hand corner of your screen on the silhouette. You can find all your registered products and serials and any further offers.

Alternatively, you may be sent your serials and voucher numbers via the email with which you registered your product
