Komplete Kontrol plays the sound but won't upload to a track :Loading issue: plugin not found
Hello everyone! I have resolve the problem by simply re-installing Komplete Kontrol software in Native Access and it solved the problem. Thanks for your help!

Is this in a DAW on what OS?

The description of the error is pretty telling as to the issue. The preset you are trying to load cannot find the plugin to load, if you know what preset for which plugin, you can check the plugin list to see if the plugin is indeed missing, then you can install it…
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Have you run Komplete Kontrol as a standalone prior to using it in a DAW ?
Else then try resetting the K.K. database : My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete ,
then run Komplete Kontrol as a standalone prior to using it in a dAW
Also general Mac check list :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS
Disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
