Loading presets into Massive X demo

I dowloaded the iso file (Factory_Library_1.3.0.1) which are the presets for Massive X demo.
I've tried several ways to get that file of presets loaded into Massive X, including just dragging the iso file into the massive interface (didn't work), moving the file under User Content>Massive x>Presets> and that didn't work.
I googled the question and got this:
"To load a Massive X presets ISO file on a Mac, extract the contents of the ISO file, then navigate to the "User Library" folder within your Massive X installation directory and copy the extracted preset files into that folder; once done, open Massive X and the new presets should appear in the browser within the "User" category.

- Extract the ISO: Use a utility like "The Unarchiver" or the built-in Archive Utility on your Mac to open the downloaded ISO file and extract its contents to a suitable location on your hard drive. "
The problem is neither The Unarchiver or built-in utility on Mac does not unpack it.
I'm completely at a loss here and not sure why this is so confusing.
Thanks for any help.

Double-click the ISO in your downloads folder. It should mount the ISO automatically and you should see a new volume called "Massive X Factory Library" in Finder. If you open that volume you'll see an installer for the Factory Library.
If double clicking doesn't mount the ISO try right-clicking it then select "Open with…" then "DiskImageMounter"

Thanks for reply
Double clicking doesn’t open file. The Disk
Image Mounter didn’t do anything either. When I tried The Unarchiver I got this message.
I’m out of options of how to open and load these presets. I hesitate buying Massive X if I can’t even get the demo to operate.
Any other suggestions appreciate.

You should see "Massive X Factory Library" in the sidebar in Finder if you have "External Disks" enabled in Locations in the Finder preferences
Or you can enable External Disks in the General tab of Finder settings which will show the mounted disk on the desktop.
What version of MacOs are you using ?

hey thanks!! I saw the library in Finder like you said. I had to Allow some security setting that wouldn't let me open the pkg file but I did and it got installed. I'm using OS 15.3.1
Thanks for your help!!
