NI won't locate Spitfire Swarm or Albion... any tips?
Thanks
IJ
Hello IJ Smith,
The reason of this is because,
They are third party Kontakt Libraries that cannot be downloaded / installed via Native Access.
Native Access is only responsible for authorising the library and locating it for use in Kontakt.
You will first need to download the library from the manufacturer
Once installed, simply follow the steps in this article to add the library to Native Access:

I hope this helps☺️
I can't speak to Swarm since I don't own that, but Albion ONE can be loaded into Native Instruments. Depending on the library some (those that don't have full NI licensing) have to be loaded via Spitfire's loader that's typically exposed as a separate library source in your DAW. You should probably check with Spitfire Audio for the loading instructions for your particular DAW and library.
Have you followed instructions from place of purchase ? Often you have to download a library installer or zip from place of purchase and then install / unpack and then point Native Access to the library.

Be sure to use the latest version of Native Access for your OS
Otherwise then please provide the details including place of purchase (don't share any personal information)
