Komplete Kontrol A25 issues on both komplete kontrol app and FL studio

I just got mine recently and am having issues.

On KK it can successfully navigate, pick plugins and change parameters using the knobs but when I actually press the keys no sound comes out.

On FL studio it is able to input notes and change the mixer knobs just fine but whenever I try to set the output to komplete kontrol a25, it keeps telling me I don't have enough memory for it despite not having anything else running and having ~20 percent memory.

Also worth noting that the scale and arp buttons don't do anything but I imagine that's just how it works.

    For the first problem, it's most likely that the A25 isn't selected for MIDI input. Open KK preferences, open the MIDI tab and make sure the A25 is selected as an input device.

    Not sure about the second problem as I don't have FL installed on a PC at the moment.
