Sharing project back and forth with missing samples creates empty instances of Kontakt

I have a Reaper project with about 15 instances of Kontakt. I'm passing the project off for editing, but editor is missing some of the libraries. I've found, in order to mitigate the missing sample issue, you need to open EACH INSTANCE of Kontakt and click the "Ignore this time" dialog for the plugin to load a placeholder instrument without samples.

If the editor does not open EACH INSTANCE and click the dialog, Kontakt does not load placeholder instruments, meaning, if the editor saves their work, any instance that doesn't have its dialog cleared will save as an empty instance.

Is there a way to auto-ignore missing samples, or force the instruments to load within the instance without samples, so I'm not receiving a project with a bunch of empty Kontakt instruments?

This has caused a number of headaches having to reload the instance from a prior save, and hope the MIDI assignments map correctly.

@kylepyke That should work. Are you certain both systems have the exact same Kontakt versions installed?

 Usually the missing sample dialog comes up for the first Kontakt instance, when a user would open this instance UI in a recalled DAW project. Assuming there are several instances that have missing samples, this dialog would list all the samples missing, also the ones from the other Kontakt instances in the project (even if their UI is not opened yet).When hitting ignore in this dialog, all the instances should load their chunk (the instrument "shell" + path references to the samples) and when resaving such a project the missing sample information for all instances would persist.
