Broadway Lites are dark

After installing update all worked well. Then one day -lights out! Meaning Kontakt stopped seeing Broadway Lites and its samples.At best Broadway Lites came up in DEMO mode-

Not fun

    also Fable Sounds tech support unable to help. Told me it was Natuve instruments problem.
