I tried deleting the database, reinstalling it, and cleaning the registry, but some of my NI libraries are still inside this folder.

    Can you explain the problem a bit more? I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, thanks :)

    @mykejb

    I have a few NI Libraries bunched up in the same folder. It is completely fine on the classic view.

    @Jeremy_NI , the above appear to need your opinion 🙂

    Well, that doesn't look normal at all. This Native Instruments folder should not show here.

    Where are your libraries installed? What install locations have you selected in Native Access?

    Everything is in D:\Kontakt

    I think it's the same problem as this https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/42550/cant-get-spitfire-symphony-orchestra-to-work-properly?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=spitfire+symphony+orchestra

    This other case was on Mac and the user resolved it with the steps proposed there.

    The install locations do not explain why there is a Native Instruments folder in your Kontakt browser, it shouldn't be here. At what moment did it appear? Can you show the path, folder and folder structure of one of the libraries, let's say Claire for example?

    I believe the issue began when I attempted to organize my Kontakt libraries into folders based on developer (e.g., all Native Instruments libraries in one folder). After this change, I started encountering "connect external drive" errors. So, I reverted to a single Kontakt libraries folder containing all products.

    This issue is very similar to the one here.

    While it was stated that the problem was resolved, the SSO library is still displayed as "Instrument" instead of the library name. Looking forward to your solution @Jeremy_NI . Thank you!
