Where is my purchase $130 "never mind solved" need to reg serial number

Help!! so today I went to Heavyocity web home site and purchased Mosaic pads.I downloaded it and it did its thing and said installed. Its on my computer but it never made it to Kontakt7 or Native Access .In fact I am not sure it asked where to go.Its in a folder some where NOW WHAT. I never had this problem before because there were exact instructions .But not with this one "update " it said it was installed on the disk Macintosh HD

Yes I am good.I was not aware that to get my product in to its proper location that I HAD (mandatory) to register it. I did not think much about it at the time maybe optional or something like that.I wish Heavyocity would have made that very clear.Something such as "YOU MUST GO TO NATIVE ACCESS AND REGISTER THIS PRODUCT FOR COMPLETION I will leave this post in case someone else is ignorant(lacking knowledge ) like me

So we can deduce from the edited title that your problem has now been solved ?

Yes I am good.I was not aware that to get my product in to its proper location that I HAD (mandatory) to register it.
