Does anyone know how to best get Native/iZotope customer care's attention?
I've sent in a ticket to change some information on my invoice on the 16th of January. I got a reply the next day asking for some additional info, which I provided. Since then I haven't heard back from iZotope, after sending multiple emails and starting new tickets. It's now been 28 days without any reply.
Is there any way to reach customer service anymore? What's going on?
This has all been very frustrating. I'm not sure how to get a hold of anyone at Native/iZotope.
