iZotope customer care not responding?
Does anyone know how to best get Native/iZotope customer care's attention?
I've sent in a ticket to change some information on my invoice on the 16th of January. I got a reply the next day asking for some additional info, which I provided. Since then I haven't heard back from iZotope, after sending multiple emails and starting new tickets. It's now been 28 days without any reply.
Is there any way to reach customer service anymore? What's going on?
This has all been very frustrating. I'm not sure how to get a hold of anyone at Native/iZotope.

Hello Isidor, sorry for that being so much time.
I checked your ticket and it seems like it's been a long time. As these kind of requests are getting handled by a special team with acounting requests, these type of tickets can take more time than the normal tickets due to busyness. So I assume there was some specific case in that side which could cause the long waiting time. We are sincerely sorry for that.
I informed the related team about this subject and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
Since, I don't know their schedule, unfortinately, it is not possible to tell you an exact time, however, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
