Demo Timeout "Activate" Comes up for Installed Instruments

I've followed NI's instructions and deleted two different files. I'm still getting the Demo Timeout message for Session Horns Pro. I'm not able to activate the instrument, even though it is installed and paid for. Ideas anyone?

That doesn't look like a Native Instruments message, plus there's no "DEMO" tag against SH Pro in Native Access which I'd expect to see. If you run SH Pro in Kontakt standalone do you still get that timeout message?

Do you have any other plugins active in Pro Tools that might be in demo mode?

That's a message I'm getting in the Kontakt plugin within DP. I've never gotten it before.

I switched from Kontakt 5 to 7 and now it works. I guess Kontakt 5 is obsolete?

I personally think that that is a likely explanation , Session Horns Pro does not specify any Kontakt version but if N.I. figure that they do not support Kontakt version 5 then maybe they consider Kontakt 6 as the lowest version (?)

@Jeremy_NI , Do you have any insight on this ? Is it possible that kontakt 6 is the lowest Kontakt version number the library is compatible with even if it does not mention any version number ?

@AaRoMo Kontakt 5 is not natively supported on M/Silicon Macs. If you want to use Kontakt 5 in a dAW you must run your DAW in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta

And for the demo issue, it's probably due to this: Guitar Rig 5, Kontakt and Super 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems

That would certainly explain it! Thanks
