Problem with jogs on Tractor C4 mk3

Hello everyone, today I discovered such a problem, I loaded the tracks on deck A and B, turned on the TT mod, and tried to scratch on deck A, after that the jog wheels began to rotate randomly in different directions, I also noticed in the jog mode if you do a back spin, the jog also rotates by itself, but not for long, boils and stops, it also became difficult to scratch, I use macbook pro 16, OS Monterey 12.4, tractor version 3.5.3


Need any information to fix the problem!
