I can't install the NI app on my laptop

I got several "no"'s like, this was the last one:

"installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy."

Can someone help me out? ThankYou!

This does not sound as a Native Access problem but more like a Windows/computer problems. I would suggest that you start looking into your setup , especially check the integrity of the setup (if system files is OK and that you do not have any malware or virus) and then next check you security settings including AV and browser settings , this is just to get you started :

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Don’t discard any option. NA downloading files resulting corrupted is not something new and a possibility.

Have you tried deleting them from where they’ve been downloaded and retry the download? (In the past, if the corrupted version remained there, the new download would not succeed)

Does it happens also with other downloads and installers from other brands? Or just NI?

P.S. I forgot , also try another browser , download functionality issues could be a browser issue so also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

From PoorFellow comment, I start to think that I misunderstood and your problem is the download of Native Access installer file itself and not the things NA downloads (even if it’s not clear)

If that’s the case, my bad ☺️

If you Google the error message, you'll find lots of info - including possible solutions. It's a generic error message, not specific to Native Instruments.

If you get an error such as "installer integrity check has failed" then that suggest that there is either something wrong with the downloaded file itself or there is something wrong with your setup which makes the installation fail.

If you have downloaded latest version of Native Access for your OS from here and you are sure that your download is OK and %100 downloaded then first of all you need to Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Then if everything is OK and if you are sure that you have no virus of malware problem then you can try and turn off antivirus to see if that helps, else then maybe it could also be a problem with some installed MS Visual C++ dependency or something else

But it could possibly also some sort of access issue , if you want to check for that then (Check here how to turn on/off the built-in administrator account) :

    Reboot computer

Then after a fresh reboot then enable build in admin account and check if that helps.

Follow these steps and check if that helps.

First you’ll need to open a command prompt in administrator mode by right-clicking and choosing “Run as administrator”.

    Now type the following command:

    net user administrator /active:yes

Then try installing the already downloaded latest version of Native Access for your OS

Instead of the above procedure with enabling built in Admin account then you can also try to TakeOwn of the Windows %temp% folder to see if that helps and then run the N.A. installer..

Can you screenshot the error message by chance?
