LIBRARY DO NOT SHOW UP

I don't really understand what you mean with these folders. We only mentioned the Kontakt 7 folder.
Let's try a variant:
Close Kontakt 7, close your DAW.
Navigate to Macintosh HD//Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Kontakt 7
(Remember it's the user library, not the local one)
Rename the Komplete.db3 file to Old_komplete.db3 for example.
Open Kontakt 7 in standalone, wait for a little while that the db3 file gets re-written.
Did that work out?

Hey Robert!
First of all make sure that Kontakt and Native Access have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Then try the following: Reinitialize the Kontakt Database
- Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
- Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8" - Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).
0 - Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (if having used CleanMyMac then you might have to reinstall the libraries)
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
