I see in these days some other issues that make me believe NI servers are having some troubles
Btw: it’s not the first time the “something went wrong” appears
I would retry tomorrow (and then again Monday) to see if things start working
I’ve been trying for a week…thus all started after the last NI manager update…very odd- I’ve been able to intercept the .dmg file and run installs outside of the tool whereas from the tool they don’t install correctly…just happened with kontakt 8 update
what I found works for purchasing is to buy the product with my iPad - no errors
Did you also try a different browser on the computer? (Btw: which one are you using?)
I would also try cleaning cookies on that browser, if you don’t mind deleting them
I did .. safari - never was an issue before
