Native Access not working

It's not working and downloading to my 2 tb external. how do I get this software on my 2 tb? and ive had some one else on my NI account I put on his computer for the production things fell of and is it b/c of that?

Hello,

please change your password first if you had installed products on another computer you now have no access anymore. Under preferences you should be able to change the folders as you need it, i would change the download and content location in your case.

but even the new stuff I got its not downloading and even the 2 tb it still has all of the stuff before on it and it works.

so im talking the extensions on my machine did not work and the computer I have still has the native access downloads so they still work but for some reason its not going on to it
