I have deleted everything they asked for in all the folders and restarted and reinstalled and its still not working I really need help 😫
Might help to provide a bit of detail on what "Still not Working" means. Also, your profile states "Mac", but what OS version are you running. and who is They, and what did they have you delete?

And mac os Monterey 12.4
OK, if those directions did not work, you will need to contact support directly by submitting a ticket so NI can troubleshoot further.
