Kontakt 7 and 8 missing images

There was a person who asked for the solution for the problem of Kontakt 7 and 8 missing images. There was an reply and I followed the steps of the reply and as a result, it didn't work.

Can anybody help me solve the problem?

What's your operating system and what didn't work specifically when applying these steps?

Sorry , I meant to add this comment earlier along with a comment such as yours but got distracted , but the above appear to be in extension of this other question now resolved.

My OS is Sequoia 15.1 and yes, the steps I was talking about is Thumbnail Picture Icons are Missing in the Kontakt Browser as you said. All the steps were fine, nothing unusual, however after i finished all the job, the missing images on Kontakt 7 and 8 were still there.

Ok, do Kontakt, Native Access have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

So please make sure of the following, then restart your computer and try the steps again.

I've given the full disk access to Kontakt and Native Access when connecting all the libraries of native instruments to my new external SSD. Just in case, I double-checked if it was so, and they had the full disk access. I restarted my computer and tried the steps again, but still didn't work.

All the images are good when I view through 'Classic View', but somehow in the 'Default' mode, most of the images are gone. I am curious if other people don't have the same problem like me.

Probably related to this known issue where if you hide products then that will not hide in both modes.

Images in the classic and new browser are deployed differently. Now that all the necessary apps have full disk access and you have rebooted your computer can you try to reinstall one library and see if you get a thumbnail.
