Has the premium tube series been discontinued by NI, It doesn't appear on website under effects and it's not included in Komplete Ultimate 15?

Since the release of Komplete 15, the Premium Tube Series (including Passive EQ, Vari Comp, and Enhanced EQ) is no longer available for purchase and is therefore not included in Komplete 15.
The products Passive EQ, Vari Comp, and Enhanced EQ are now in maintenance mode, which will ensure stability and compatibility with the latest operating systems and DAWs.
It would appear they no longer sell those effects; Enhanced EQ, Passive EQ, and Vari Comp. I see some other posts talking about them being gone, but no word on why, other than speculation about it being a licensing thing. But yeah, gone.
