How do I get rid of two libraries...and before you answer...

Yes, I've done ALL, repeat ALL of the recommended procedures. To the letter. And the funny thing is, one of the libraries isn't an NI plugin and is four computers ago!

Neither one of them appear ANYWHERE in the preferences, plugins, applications, or any other folder having to do with Native Instruments. The ONLY place they appear is when I open Native Access.

Sitting there. Mocking me. Uninstalled and refusing to go away.

Any ideas would be most welcome. Unless you're going to post a link to one of the many procedurals which, I assure you, I have already followed.

Have you removed the plist from HDD-Library-preferences ? It will be under native instruments and whatever the plugin is called !

Yes. I've done ALL of that, and checked it several times to make sure. They exist ONLY in Native Access when I open it.

Do you mean, that they are under uninstalled plugins in NA?

If yes and if you mind that and if you know you will never use them again and if they are listed on your NI account....

You may ask NI to remove them from your NI account forever.

So there's a couple of things that may help you:

Ultimate Outsider - Software Downloads

Manage your NI stuff, relocate content etc.

But something that's probably likely to fix your issue is the NI Uninstall Reg Tool:

Unless you're on a MAC - then you'd have to contact NI to have them removed from Native Access, I believe.

A pertinent bit of info.

It sounds similar to two items I have stuck in my library as well that were officially deprecated and retired by NI a year and a half ago.

Akoustik Piano and Elektrik Piano 1.5

always show up in Native access as “not installed”, but can’t remove them.

I guess they have to be removed from your NI account what may do only NI on your request...

@BigPictureSound @captainmarko It sounds like you might have an earlier version of Komplete in your NI account. Unfortunately afaik there's no way to make them disappear from Native Access because these two libraries are tied to your old license. I understand it can be annoying... It's purely a cosmetic issue so pls ignore them for now.

Yes. I've been using Komplete since Komplete 2, and I had several NI products before then as well.
