Help wanted , i can't get my S4MK2 working as my old S2MK2 always worked fine. what can i do , i'm out of ideas , anybody got an idea?
What laptop?
Does the device updater from the website detect it?

Perhaps you've been supplied with faulty equipment?
What are the problems you're having? And what's your Traktor, PC & OS version ?
updated pro 3 ⇒ pro 4 , the laptop says unknown hardware. When i connect my S2MK2 the laptop regonizes the hardware. when the S4 MK2 is connected , only the light of USB on the controller will blink.
Have you tried swapping the USB cable? Is the PSU the original one, and don't forget that unlike the S2 the S4 can't be bus powered, you have to use the power supply.

No the device updater doesn't detect it!!
I think that in that area is the problem but i dont know how to solve it struggeling now for over 2 weeks and still not working. hope to get it fixed
btw my laptop is Acer aspire v3
