Izotope subscription

Hi there,

I have an izotope subscription for the music production suite. This month the payment didn't went through and I've logged in my izotope account to pay manually, I saw that due the purchase of NI, the subscription is deactivated or something. In the membership page it appears I do not have any membership, which is not true.

Do you know when the memberships will be available again?

The FAQ says :

One of my subscription payments was declined. What do I do?

You can manage your payment method and status within your order confirmation email. This will be an email from "onlinestore.e.cs@digitalriver.com" on which has a link "Click Here to access your subscription account". Use this to head to the Billing status page and make the payment method change. 

Else then please contact iZotope Purchase & account support or N.I. Account Support
