2 Kontakt Libraries can't be found after downloading Komplete 10

Hi-I downloaded my Komplete 10 update. All my Kontakt libraries made it except 2 (Geosonics and The Attic, both Soniccouture.) I see the Locate button next to both of them on Native Access but neither are on my Mac or my external HD onto which I loaded all libraries. I looked everywhere. No files under either name, no ninct, etc. I would re-install but not seeing any option for such. Everything else is where it should be-Weird that just these 2 libraries didn't go with the rest…

Please advise. Thanks

    Same answer, I'm on K15 too - there are a couple of libraries in my SonicCouture account that need downloading from them rather than from Native Access, so I'm guessing yours is the same.

    I have Geosonics and I had to download it from SonicCouture web site, install it then tell Native Access where to find it. It wasn't offered as a download from Native Instruments. I'd think The Attic would be the same, but I don't own that so I can't check. If you log into your SC account on their site you'll find it in your downloads section.

    I blanked out the order number in your post, posting them in public isn't generally recommended.
