Why doesn't NI release a Native Instruments Session Guitarist:Funk guitar ?

    There was once Scarbee Funk Guitarist, but I've just investigated and found that on Jan 1st 2025 Native Instruments have made it (and a bunch of other Scarbee stuff) EOS, meaning they're not for sale any more either by NI or on the Scarbee site.

    Scarbee say they will re-release them under new names, as they're not permitted to use the original names any more either…

    Nice investigation. And nice “no communication” from NI (Scarbee had to do it…).

    Another risky move from NI, because companies that will start to see that they are blocked from NI to sell the products they created in collaboration will start to find other ways to release them.

    Every move NI does seems to put ulterior products at risk. This time is Kontakt, if using it to create libraries will be questioned by third party manufacturers.

    And…from the users prospective… how long before they will impede us to install Scarbees?
