Error message, panicked, have 3 hours to fix this

I'm getting the error message "file could not be due to missing or corrupt file…"
I used the "Relocate" fix from the support pages. It worked for when I did it but mid-set as I was spinning later, I was getting the same error message. Not a gig, just at home.
Important note: The songs that aren't working were all uploaded to a USB thumb-drive via ReKordbox. The one's that were already on the USB do not give this message.
I feel I may have done something during this last upload to screw things up but I can't figure out what.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You should not use cloud drives or cloud services or any local folders that are cloud synced in connection with using N.I. software or your DAW. It's a recipe for problems as you seem to have already discovered.
