Kontakt 6.7 database option keeps scanning, closing or exiting very slow (M1)

hi~

Kontakt 6.7 database option has been scanning, shutting down or exiting very slowly (M1), new computer, never encountered such a thing, and now it is particularly affecting my work

~~~~~Been scanning all day, asking for help

~~~~~And I uninstalled many times, deleted all DB and cache files. The result is the same, scan scan scan
