Kontakt 8 - Noire Piano - not appearing in Reaper DAW

Noire piano is installed fine, the .nki files are in the right folder for Reaper DAW to find. Kontact 8.vst3 is also in the right folder. But REAPER doesn't find any Native Instruments or Kontakt or Noire piano. Nothing.

Moreover, the piano keyboard in Kontakt is mostly blue, but it's

not blue on the high and low notes. Is this related to why I can't find it in Reaper? Thanks!
