Is the Komplete Audio 6 mk1 still working for the new NativeAcces?I can't register the serial number

Hello there!I am trying to register the serial number of Komplete Audio 6 mk1 on Native Acces.The serial number that is shown on the bottom is not being recognized.Anybody that has experience with that?Thanks
