I invested money in a new MacBook Pro and Traktor 4. What did I get?The above error message.I'm not a nerd. I just want to put things together and it should just work like the old system.I find it extremely annoying to get a stupid answer from an AI chat bot and no reasonable support.I'm extremely disappointed, it's not getting easier but more complicated. And no, I don't feel like investing more money in new hardware.I probably won't use NI again for the next investment. But NI won't care about that anyway.Maybe someone has an idea or the same problem and a solution.Thank you very much.

    please write english next time, this time i translated it. on the pioneer website there is an older setup guide but it´s still the same for traktor 4, only the setup wizard is gone. Maybe have a look try it and write back:

    Der Link hat nicht geholfen. Ich bekomme immer noch die gleiche Meldung, wenn ich das DJM850 mit dem MacBook verbinde. Bei Traktor 3 hat alles funktioniert.

    Ich denke, ich werde mich von native-instruments verabschieden.

    So etwas habe ich bislang nicht erlebt. Traurig.

    You're welcome. You seem more worried about disputing the rules than getting your issue sorted anyway so, all good. I think official support might work in German… not sure tho, you could try getting thru the chat bot.

    Don't you get that, I buy a super great product and what do I get? The last ******. nothing works. Traktor 3 on my 12 year old macbook does not cause such problems. Everything is recognized and running. The current things are in the subject. Uninstalling does not work. The ****** collection is still available with a new installation despite deleting all files that NI specifies. Then the dirt doesn't work either. Great instructions at access. I have now invested several thousand euros and have not received anything so far. The reference to the Pioneer manual did nothing. But I'm probably the sausage here. You don't get any support from NI. there is no reaction to anything and there is no possibility of contact. All with this chatbot that always says the same dirt. I have never experienced anything like it. NI is a damn service provider and does not provide it. I didn't make a mistake here. Something you can't let NI get away with it. But that won't change anything anyway, I'm not important enough. Service desert Germany Worse than in the hardware store.
