Maschine software stick on waiting for product scan

So since I have a small disk drive(500gig) on my laptop I put in a external drive which is 1 tb, so I installed all my libraries on the external drive and I completed all the installs last night so this morning when I woke up I tried to open up the Maschine software and it gets stuck on "Waiting On Product Scan" and will not get past that. I'm not seeing any errors on any of the software inside of Native Access. Any ideas on how I can get the software going?

In maschine go to settings / library/ rescan button , bottom right above close

You can rescan plugins under the plugin tab

what computer/os

I think you can cancel the scan by pressing escape, you might need to rescan manually after

How do I rescan my libraries and installed software that I have installed? and thank you for taking the time to help me with my issue. additionally I really do hope you are having a great day :)
