I have a Komplete S-61 Mk2 that I'm trying to connect to Waldorf Streichfett via midi. I can't get it to work, why?
Is your Komplete Kontrol keyboard connected via USB at the same time? Unfortunately you can't have both 5 Din MIDI and USB MIDI working at the same time. You would need to have this workaround: Sending USB and 5-Pin MIDI Simultaneously from Komplete Kontrol S-Series Keyboards
You could also use the MIDI out of the Komplete Audio 6 to connect it to the MIDI in of your synth.
Don't forget to set the same MIDI channel in your DAW and on the synth.
Well, how are you connecting it? With a MIDI cable from the S61 to the Waldorf? Using the S61 as MIDI keyboard and using a DAW to direct the MIDI to the Waldorf using USB?
What MIDI cghannel is the Waldorf on? Did you change the MIDI channel of the S61 accordingly?
I have it connected midi in and out from the S61 to Streichfett and audio out and in from Streichfett to my Komplete audio 6. I have tested it both with Daw (Cakewalk) and straight into the computer.

@Jeremy_NI
I can't get anything to work yet. I've tried downloading Midi-Ox but can't get it to work on Windows 11. I've also tried just plugging in the power supply without the computer and via my Miditech Midiface 2x2 with no results. What else can I do?
Not sure what you mean by not working. What MIDI channel is the Waldorf set to? MIDI channel has to be the same for input & output. Have you tried to connect it to the MIDI outputs of the Komplete Audio 6 and play with the keyboard in a DAW?
