Massive X could not be loaded (in Komplete Kontrol/Abalton Lite on MacOS)

Hi all,

I have installed Massive X and Massive X Factory Library on MacOS (I'm using KOMPLETE 15 ULTIMATE with a MK3 S88) but I'm not able to open it in Komplete Kontrol nor in Ableton Lite 12.

In KO I'm able to listen to the preview but when I click on the little arrow to load it a message appears "Massive X could not be loaded.". The same appears in Ableton.

I reinstalled Massive X and Massive X Factory Library and checked the folders. All files seem to be in place.

Whhat can I do to solve this issue?

    …in addition the scan in KO shown twice the same issue for

    Process:               ScanApp3 [18494]
    Path:                  /Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/*/ScanApp3.app/Contents/MacOS/ScanApp3

    all other instruments etc. are available. Anything to do here as well?

    Have you installed the VST3?

    I can see the VTS3 file as well as VST, a file in Components folder, too.

    Please try to open Komplete Kontrol in standalone, can you load a Massive X preset?

    Please make sure to give full disk access to Logic: xxx

    Delete this file: Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components > Massive X.component

    Apply these steps: xxx

    Open Logic. Close Logic. Reinstall Massive X in Native Access.

    In Ableton I have only VST3 Plug-in system folder enabled. When I enablee Audio Units v2 Massive X appeared directly, but Ableton crashed when I drag it into a track.

    Any other idea?

    @The Piano Player What's your operating system? What version of Ableton 12 are you using exactly? there are issues with 12.1.5 You can read it here with the message from Ableton and installers for the previous version.

    Hi Jeremy,

    I'm using Ventura 13.7.2 and Ableton Live 12 Lite 12.5.1 . my errow message looks different.

    As I thought there will be no further response here, I opened an isse: #4480725 .

    Hi, same problem with Maschine MK3, deleted al old Massive stuff, reinstalled; Massive X could not be loaded, etc.

    I wanna create a ticket for that, but I'm stuck in a sort of loop, cannot find the ticket to create on the support section.
