Maschine Software freezes when i try to export sounds

My Maschine Software freezes/crashes when i try to export sounds from Playbox, via Drag & Drop AND via Drop Down menu on Both, Maschine 2. AND 3.! There was a discussion on this board from October 2024, with at least 3 people having the same issue, which provided NO answeres and was already closed!! So … any suggestions regarding my problem!!

    maybe try and do a complete restart of your devices and the software. if that doesnt work then try asking support for your computers operating system as to why its happening.

    i may not know the best answer though considering im no technician, but when i did the above suggestions, i restarted my computer and the mk3, it worked for a while, then it wouldnt allow me again, then i asked support and they told me to do updates on all my SW(which obviously NA does that for me already) and the OS and Hardware.

    not really sure which one of the options updated, but something updated, and then no problem started working just fine. for me so far (i have started production 8 months ago) an update, restart, service, or something along those lines.

    Sounds like permission issues. Are you running Maschine, Kontakt and your DAW as admin? How to Run a Program as an Administrator

    Have you tried to export audio to a different location on your computer?
